About the service

PujaSethu connects customers with independent Purohits, vendors and astrologers. The services are provided by these providers, and PujaSethu helps arrange them.

Bookings

A booking is a request until the Purohit accepts it. The price shown when you book is the price you agree to. Items, quantities and menus are estimates and may vary by family custom. Your Purohit confirms the final list.

Prasadam

Prasadam sold on PujaSethu is prepared for your ceremony. It is not temple prasadam.

Astrology and Prashna

Astrology and Prashna & Javabu are traditional and cultural guidance. They are not guaranteed predictions and are not a substitute for professional advice.

Panchangam

Timings are calculated and may differ by a few minutes from printed panchangams. Please confirm important muhurthams with your Purohit.

Your responsibilities

Give correct information, treat providers with respect, and be present at the agreed time and place.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Liability

We work to connect you with suitable providers but cannot guarantee the outcome of any ritual, consultation or event.
